Design built around people, not around the trend

An apartment intended for short-stay rental has different requirements from a home: it has to look impeccable in photographs, withstand heavy use and be easy to maintain between bookings. The project was designed from the outset around these three criteria.

We chose a neutral, warm palette with natural-wood accents, complemented by custom furniture in both bedrooms and in the living area. Each space was fully equipped — from zoned lighting to storage solutions — so that the apartment works impeccably as a rental product.

The two bedrooms were each given their own identity, while keeping the visual coherence of the whole. The kitchen with its dining area was sized for guests, and the bathroom was finished with materials resistant to moisture and frequent use. Every choice — from textiles to light fittings — was made with durability and with the experience of the first-time guest in mind.
