Design built around people, not around the trend

A penthouse offers two rare advantages from the start: generous natural light and ample volumes. The project set out to highlight both, without overloading the space — every choice of material and furniture lets the architecture breathe.

The living area is organised around a wood-clad media wall that visually links the living room to the kitchen. The bedroom continues the same language: warm tones, matte textures and mood-based lighting, for a calm atmosphere at any hour.

The kitchen was built to order, with matte fronts and a hard-wearing worktop, integrated visually into the living area without dominating it. The bedroom furniture uses every usable centimetre, and the electrical systems were designed around lighting zones — ambient, functional and accent — so the space adapts to the time of day.
